Allia C&C has a long-established broking business specialising in fixed income with a wide range of institutional and other professional clients. These include investment funds, pension funds, brokers and market makers, wealth managers, charities and trusts and high net worth individuals.
Our trading business supports the transactions we originate while providing secondary market services in a wide range of sterling and other currency bonds. We build on this to assist clients managing existing liabilities, whether through our knowledge of who holds their bonds or our ability to buy back stock.
Our team of specialist broker dealers service both institutional and elective professional clients for whom we provide cost effective custody services as well as execution services. We are a full member of the London Stock Exchange and the FCA also authorises us as a principal Price maker.
We work with a wide range of client groups, including the following:
We provide family offices and a select number of elective professional clients with access to global bond markets alongside an advisory-led broking service. The Allia C&C team supports clients through idea generation and portfolio construction, tailoring investment approaches to individual requirements. Strategies range from gilts and investment grade credit through to high yield and bank capital instruments. Clients may also access proprietary opportunities, including our RCB programme and selected building society issuance. Popular areas of interest include special situations and tax-efficient investment opportunities.
We maintain long-standing relationships with housing associations across a broad range of treasury functions. Our broking team offers both execution and custody services (via our clearer, Pershing), covering instruments such as Treasury Bills, gilts, SSAs, FRNs, and other fixed income securities.
Allia C&C works with a wide range of institutional investment managers, including those overseeing managed funds, pension funds, investment trusts, and other investment structures. We add value through the sourcing and execution of trades across several specialist areas, notably GBP residual debt, retail bonds, illiquid securities, and housing association and real estate debt. Clients also benefit from access to our in-house credit analyst and the team’s deep experience in the GBP credit markets.
We support wealth managers with fixed income broking and access to both GBP and international bond markets. Our retail bond offerings provide attractive yields in smaller denominations, and we keep clients informed of key developments and opportunities within this segment of the market.
Allia C&C is one of the leading issuers of bonds and private placements for charities and social impact organisations. For clients seeking to align financial return with measurable social impact, we offer a range of opportunities and welcome discussions on how capital can be deployed effectively for both purpose and performance.
