Sajiv has spent more than 30 years in investment management, specialising in fixed income, risk management and sustainable investing. Most recently, he was a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity International, where he managed over £3 billion across a range of retail and institutional fixed income funds, including the £2 billion Sustainable MoneyBuilder Income Bond Fund. Throughout his career, Sajiv has worked with senior leadership teams, investment committees and institutional clients, helping to navigate complex investment decisions with a focus on long-term value, prudent risk management and strong governance.

Since stepping back from full-time fund management, Sajiv has been a volunteer with Goodwill Caravan, an international humanitarian charity supporting displaced and vulnerable communities. This experience has reinforced his belief that effective governance, financial stewardship and strategic thinking are just as important in the not-for-profit sector as they are in business.
