Jaysica Marvell

Jaysica is Marketing Manager for both the Allia Group as well as Allia C&C. Jaysica began her career in finance managing Final Salary and Defined Contribution Pension Schemes for Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, and Aon. During her career break to raise her children, Jaysica earned a mixed humanities degree in Creative writing, Philosophy and Film Studies and a Masters Degree in Global Film and Television Studies.

Jaysica made a shift into digital marketing and has been working in the not-for-profit sector for seven years. In the last four years she has worked on various council led social enterprises and specialises in inclusive marketing and the use of social media such as LinkedIn for business networking and employee advocacy.
