A unique partnership with Scottish Government

Since 2014, Allia C&C has worked with the Scottish Government to distribute funding to housing associations through the Charitable Bond programme, providing loans and grants that have supported the development of thousands of affordable homes across Scotland, including both mid-market and social rent.
